The Problem
An Australian Government agency needed to align their data structure with new performance metrics and assess the availability of each data point, impacting the performance metrics and dashboard prototypes.
What We Did
Bluebird collaborated with the data warehouse development team, creating documentation to show data availability, developing heatmap overlays, and constructing a physical data model. We facilitated prioritisation of data capture uplift and showcased areas ready for implementation.
The Outcome
Bluebird’s efforts resulted in improved availability of data points, identification of areas requiring uplift, and prioritization of data capture. This informed the work of the data warehouse team and facilitated the development of a new data warehouse for the agency.
